| | Mirspot Ltd, founded in 2007, is a fully independent, privately owned Scottish Company, formed to bring to market extensive research work conducted at the renown Centre for Research in Energy and the Environment (CRE+E) at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
Our vision is to bring world class knowledge to local circumstances: providing personalised solutions focused on client's specific, unique, localised circumstances, rather than a generic approach. Co-founding Director Dr Alan Owen has extensive practical, research and theoretical experience within the Sustainable and Renewable Energy, and is currently Head of Sustainable Energy within CRE+E.
Co-founding Director Ian Moore has over 20 years experience of the IT sector, and previously ran a successful consultancy providing ICT project management and fulfilment services across Scotland.
Mirspot’s client base is typically local authority, corporate and commercial organisations, but also encompasses domestic clients.
Our immediate plans will see Mirspot bring additional services and technologies currently under development to market, helping us all to reduce our demand on non-sustainable energy resources. |
